Rosie is the oil that keeps everything moving smoothly at Prahran overseeing workflow & administration.

Rosie joined Highview Prahran in 2021 and has accumulated over 11 years of experience in the Accounting administration industry across New Zealand and Australia. She began her career as a Receptionist and worked through a variety of roles before stepping into her current position as Practice Manager. Her diverse background allows her to bring a broad range of skills and insights to her role, making her an invaluable asset to the team.

As the Practice Manager at the Prahran office, Rosie is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of services to clients, and managing internal processes that keep the office running efficiently. She works closely with the team, supporting both their professional development and personal goals. Rosie thrives in a role that offers new challenges every day, which keeps her engaged and always learning. She finds great satisfaction in seeing her colleagues succeed, both in their careers and in life beyond work.

Outside of work, Rosie enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new coffee spots and restaurants, and discovering walking trails with her dog, Brixton. She’s a fan of live music, stand-up comedy, and indulging in a bit of DIY—having renovated and sold properties from a young age. Rosie also enjoys watching reality TV shows and sports, particularly rugby league and ice hockey, though you won’t find her on a pair of ice skates anytime soon!
