As the first employee at Highview Prahran, Narelle has witnessed the growth of both the team and the client base over the past 13 years. Starting her career as an Administration Assistant, she has since become a qualified CPA and now leads the Prahran Self-Managed Super Funds department.

Narelle says the main reason she loves her job is the opportunity to truly make a difference in the lives of her clients. She finds immense satisfaction in guiding clients through the complexities of financial planning, particularly with Self-Managed Super Funds. For Narelle, it’s about more than just the numbers—it’s about building strong, long-term relationships, understanding each client’s unique goals, and providing personalised solutions that help them achieve financial security. The personal connections she forms with her clients, and the positive impact she can have on their financial futures, is what continues to fuel her passion for her work every day.

Outside of work, Narelle enjoys staying active through running and cycling. With all her children now having finished school, she’s also found more time to pursue her love of golf and travel.
