With a career spanning over 10 years, our Associate Partner Michael has worked at various Accounting firms in Melbourne, before making the move to join the Highview Crew in 2021.

Michael is particularly interested in the small business sector. He loves working with small businesses to see their visions come to life. “I’m a stickler for processes which create efficiencies to free up time and allow employees and business owners to concentrate on what they do best…. sell, advise, create content, build houses or even teach kids with dyslexia to read.”

Being proactive and looking beyond the numbers is something that Michael ensures he practices with all his clients. He doesn’t only discuss past business performance – but focuses strongly on forward thinking and future planning. Whether it is by analysing trends or assessing strengths and weaknesses, he always strives to identify opportunities that will improve business.

Michael is a soccer enthusiast and is a huge supporter of Liverpool! Although retired from playing himself, he is back at the Berwick City Soccer Club, coaching his son’s soccer team. The rest of his spare time is spent with his wife and three kids and keeping active with BFT training. He also loves getting together for a game of golf every month with the ‘Sultans of Swing’ – a fun golfing group made up of family and friends.
