Jake became part of the Highview team in June 2017, starting as a graduate, and over the course of eight years, he has cultivated a deep appreciation for the company’s dynamic culture, which he finds both inspiring and fulfilling. This culture has been a key factor in his long-standing commitment to the team.

A particularly rewarding aspect of Jake’s role is the opportunity to work with Highview’s diverse client base. The breadth of industries and individuals he engages with ensures that no two days are the same, continuously presenting new challenges and keeping his work both engaging and meaningful. Jake is particularly passionate about assisting start-ups, finding immense satisfaction in supporting their growth and development from the ground up.

Beyond his career, Jake is a devoted father to his 10-month-old son, Fletcher, and enjoys quality time with his wife, Mel. When not with his family, Jake can often be found on the golf course or cheering on his beloved Saints during the footy season.
