Carlia has been part of the Highview team since 2008, bringing extensive experience in accounting and taxation to her work with clients. With her establishment of Highview’s Bass Coast office, Carlia is now working closely with clients across the region. Born and bred in Wonthaggi, she has a strong connection to the local community and understands the needs of the individuals, families and businesses she works with.

A CPA with extensive experience in accounting and taxation, Carlia previously held a Senior Client Management role, working with individuals, small businesses and larger businesses across a range of industries. She provides practical accounting and taxation advice, with a focus on understanding each client’s personal and professional goals and helping them plan for the future.

Mentored by Silvio Marinelli, Highview’s Co-Founder, she has worked with a large client base across multiple industries, including Trades and Primary Production. She prides herself on her high level of technical knowledge and being a proactive planner, and at the forefront of key industry and taxation changes that may affect her clients. She is passionate about building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency. Dedicated to understanding the goals (personal and professional) of her clients, she goes above and beyond to deliver the best possible taxation outcomes.

Beyond this, she ensures her clients have access to the wider group of experts at Highview (from our in-house Financial Planning, Finance & Insurance teams), ensuring a holistic approach and alternative solutions are readily available to her clients.
