It’s hard to believe it’s already been 12 months since our Frankston office opened its doors. What started as a new location, combined with the acquisition of a respected local accounting firm, has quickly become an office that feels established, well connected, and full of momentum, and in many ways it still feels like we are just getting started.
For Adam Pasquill, Partner at our Frankston office, the first year hasn’t been about ticking boxes or rushing to define everything straight away. It has been about building something that feels right from the ground up, particularly when it comes to the people and the way the team works together day to day.
Ask Adam what stands out most from the past year, and it always comes back to the team.
“Creating a team that is more like a family. We all support each other, work together, and have each other’s back on our good days and our bad days. To have this connection with all the team after only 12 months is something I am incredibly proud of.”
That sense of support and connection has really shaped the culture in Frankston from the very beginning. It has created an environment where people genuinely back each other in, and it has quickly become one of the defining parts of the office as it continues to grow.
Frankston itself has also added to the excitement of the past year. While still early days, there is a clear sense the area is evolving and building momentum in a way that feels both noticeable and encouraging.
New hospitality spots and familiar names moving into the area have been a welcome sign of what is ahead, with places like Bang Bang and The Sporting Globe adding to the growing energy locally. It is the kind of change that might seem small on its own, but together starts to paint a bigger picture of where the area is heading.
“It’s an ever-changing location with immense opportunity and growth. Simple things like popular restaurant chains opening in Frankston are a strong indication of the future.”
Now that the first year is behind them, the focus is very much on building from here. Not just maintaining what has been set up, but continuing to strengthen relationships, grow the team, and further embed the office in the local community over time.
“Having built my relationships with the client base, staff and local area, I’m so excited to get settled, build my team and see what opportunities can be capitalised on.”
And if the first year is anything to go by, there is plenty more to come for Frankston!
