We’re absolutely thrilled to announce that Adrian Mastroianni, one of our standout team members here at Highview, has officially passed the Financial Adviser exam! This achievement is monumental, especially considering Adrian is just 25 years old – a true testament to his hard work and dedication so early in his career.

Now, with only six months remaining in his Professional Year, a critical training program all new Financial Advisers must complete, Adrian has transitioned into the role of Provisional Financial Adviser. With this new title, Adrian can start providing personal financial advice to clients, while being mentored by our senior Advisers, Bruce and Richard, whose wealth of experience will help Adrian sharpen his skills as he works towards becoming a fully authorised Financial Adviser.

Adrian’s journey to success

Adrian’s journey to passing the Financial Adviser exam wasn’t easy, but it was incredibly rewarding. For four months, he pushed through countless study sessions after work, attended NowInfinity classes, and sat through many practice exams. The exam itself covers everything from the FASEA Code of Ethics to anti-money laundering laws and behavioural finance; key areas that help Adrian understand and communicate with clients on a deeper level.

“I knew the hard work would pay off,” says Adrian. “But the real goal was always clear: to help people reach their financial dreams by providing thoughtful, informed advice. I couldn’t have done it without the unwavering support of my partner and colleagues, who kept me motivated throughout the journey.”

What’s next for Adrian?

Now that Adrian is a Provisional Financial Adviser, he’s ready to start making his mark. With six years of experience in the financial advice industry already under his belt, Adrian is eager to apply everything he’s learned to guide clients toward achieving their financial goals. He’s ready to build lasting relationships—just like our most experienced advisers—who will walk with clients on their financial journey for decades to come.

“I’m so excited to start making a real difference,” Adrian says. “It’s about more than just offering advice. It’s about creating meaningful, long-term connections with clients and having a tangible impact on their financial wellbeing.”

Shaping the future of client support

Passing the exam is more than an academic achievement – it’s a leap toward enhancing the service we offer to clients. Adrian’s in-depth knowledge means he can provide advice that is not only ethical and transparent but perfectly tailored to each client’s needs. The skills he’s honed will ensure that every recommendation prioritises clients’ best interests.

We’re beyond excited to see Adrian continue to grow and take on new challenges. There’s no doubt he will make a lasting and positive impact on our clients’ financial journeys, and we can’t wait to see where this next chapter takes him.
