This month our Co-Founder Silvio Marinelli is off to study at the Harvard Business School – in the US!

Boston in Massachusetts is his destination, staying on campus for an intensive 6-day program like no other. “It was a lengthy application process, so it was certainly a relief, as well as a bit of a pep-up when I received my application acceptance letter!” laughs Silvio. 

The week ahead for Silvio is sure to be a rich learning experience as he participates in the executive education ‘Leading Professional Services Firms’ program. Stepping out of his comfort zone, Silvio does admit that “travelling overseas solo for the first time is a little daunting, but also exciting.” We are sure he will be ok – he’s pretty good at striking up conversations and socialising. His nerves are sure to dissipate when he ventures off campus to watch the baseball – Boston Red Sox versus Miami Marlins! 

Impressively, Silvio will be networking with a small and selective group of influential and inspiring leaders from across the globe. “I’m eager to network with like-minded people who are also invested in their ongoing personal and professional growth journey, as well as professionals who are highly driven to lead businesses that are focussed on fostering positive workplace culture, proactively mentoring future leaders and striving for continuous improvement within their business, industry, and community. Simply put, I want to pick their brains and have great conversations!”
