Carlia has worked at Highview for almost 15 years and is passionate about delivering the highest level of support to her clients. Born and bred in Wonthaggi, Carlia is very familiar with the local area.

Carlia has been in a Senior Client Management role for the past 10 years, directly responsible for providing the highest level of accounting advice and proactive service to a range of clients from individuals and small businesses with simplistic needs to medium and large businesses with highly complex taxation requirements and expert advice.

Mentored by Silvio Marinelli, Highview’s Co-Founder, she has worked with a large client base across multiple industries, including Trades and Primary Production. She prides herself on her high level of technical knowledge and being a proactive planner, and at the forefront of key industry and taxation changes that may affect her clients. She is passionate about building long-term relationships based on trust and transparency. Before joining Highview in early 2023, Terri had completed 11 years in the Accounting Industry and graduated with a Masters of Professional Accounting. She also has a Bachelor of Business, majoring in HR.

All these varied skills make her the perfect Practice Manager for Highview, as she has come to know all aspects of the inner workings of an Accounting firm. She is organised and meticulous, which is highly needed for this busy role. Terri works closely with the Partners to deliver effective Accounting and Administration procedures to improve our business efficiency and client service across all areas of the Highview business.

Terri also loves to keep busy in her spare time by being active, catching up with friends, wining and dining, and chasing after her two young girls, Millie and Reegan.
